Excellent service, great driver
Used this travel firm for a second time having used them last year. This time a private transfer from Dong Hoi to Hue.The car was a 7 seater, very clean and in hood condition.Our driver Trung was excellent, he was there 15 minutes before the pick up time, was very friendly, spoke good English and pointed out various places of interest along the way. Fantastic experience
We are a group of friends independently travelling in Vietnam. Alex was prompt and punctual. He showed us the oyster farm and is an excellent and safe driver/tour guide. We drove the hai van pass. He helped take pictures for us. We visited marble mountain and my son on our way to hoi an. Alex waited patiently for us while we explored these sights. 5 stars! Fabulous experience and journey !
Duc Loc provided an excellent service in being our guide and driver from Hue to Hoi An . We would highly recommend him to family and friends and use him again when we return Vietnam. He was an amazing and engaging guide with very good knowledge of the area , history and ways we could maximise the experience of visiting beautiful Vietnam! The vehicle was very clean, comfortable and the ride was superb. Seamless Transfer and tour

Fantastic Driver, very polite and informative
Alex was absolutely amazing. He picked us up on time from our hotel in Hue to Hoi An. He took us to Lagoon 2 on the way and over the Hai An Pass. Fabulous trip to Vietnam
My family and I used VM travel for our recent trip to Vietnam. We were in the country for a few weeks with a complicated schedule and needs. Since we did not have much of an idea of how the county worked we knew that we needed a travel agent. We found VM online and worked with Pansy. From managing the visas to hotels and everything in between Pansy did a great job. She looked after every detail and spent significant time on getting everything just right. With a multi- prong trip such as ours there are certainly going to be a few challenges along the way. Pansy was there to iron out any wrinkles and make them work for our family. I cannot encourage people enough to hire VM and ask for Pansy. I should also add that they made sure to provide great guides for us on each of our stops. And we hired a private driver through VM to drive us through 1/3 of the county. Top, our driver, spoke English, drove very safely in a county known for bad driving and became our personal friend. We were very happy that we decided to drive through the county instead of flying which is more common. This was not just because of the experience but the opportunity to meet and get to know Top. Hoi an to Hue private car
This was a great trip, glad we did this instead of taking the bus. Louis, our driver, was very responsive and easy to talk to, and I learned a lot about Vietnamese culture and the history of the area from him. He stopped for us at a nice coffee shop at hai van pass, and showed us a trail down to the beach. He also took us to tra son peninsula and to a beach on the way to hue.
