BURGEL2025-02-16Excellent service, great driver Used this travel firm for a second time having used them last year. This time a private transfer from Dong Hoi to Hue.The car was a 7 seater, very clean and in hood condition. Our driver Trung was excellent, he was there 15 minutes before the pick up time, was very friendly, spoke good English and pointed out various places of interest along the way. Most importantly he was a very sensible and safe driver and we felt very confident with him at the wheel.Leading up to our journey we also had very good communication with Mrs Jena, confirming our requirements and sending a reminder the day before we were due to travel.Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.Verified

He showed us the oyster farm and is an excellent and safe driver/tour guide. We drove the hai van pass. He helped take pictures for us. We visited marble mountain and my son on our way to hoi an. Alex waited patiently for us while we explored these sights. 5 stars! Highly recommended!Verified

I highly recommend VM Travel in Hue for anyone looking to plan an unforgettable trip. From the first moment, the service of VM Travel was great. I am glad we used them and would highly recommend them. I e-mailed my requirements and draft itinerary and they were able to assist me with all our requirements. We dealt with Mrs. Pansy who successfully organized our tour. From start to finish, Mrs. Pansy provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail was carefully arranged to match our preferences and budget.. We were punctually picked up at our hotel every day. If not for the excellent service rendered to us by Mrs. Pansy the tour would not have been successful. Mrs. Pansy was always available to answer questions, offer helpful suggestions, and even handle last-minute changes with professionalism and ease. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable travel agent in Vietnam, look no further than VM Travel in Hue I will definitely be using Mrs. Pansy's services again for my future travels!Verified
SteveNorth2025-02-05Fantastic Driver, very polite and informative Alex was absolutely amazing. He picked us up on time from our hotel in Hue to Hoi An. He took us to Lagoon 2 on the way and over the Hai An Pass. He was fabulous at recognising our love for scenery and stopped at waterfalls and viewpoints. We could not have wished for any better service. He was 5 star.Verified
Jonathan I2025-01-20Fabulous trip to Vietnam My family and I used VM travel for our recent trip to Vietnam. We were in the country for a few weeks with a complicated schedule and needs. Since we did not have much of an idea of how the county worked we knew that we needed a travel agent. We found VM online and worked with Pansy. From managing the visas to hotels and everything in between Pansy did a great job. She looked after every detail and spent significant time on getting everything just right. With a multi- prong trip such as ours there are certainly going to be a few challenges along the way. Pansy was there to iron out any wrinkles and make them work for our family. I cannot encourage people enough to hire VM and ask for Pansy. I should also add that they made sure to provide great guides for us on each of our stops. And we hired a private driver through VM to drive us through 1/3 of the county. Top, our driver, spoke English, drove very safely in a county known for bad driving and became our personal friend. We were very happy that we decided to drive through the county instead of flying which is more common. This was not just because of the experience but the opportunity to meet and get to know Top. VM, thank you for making our Vietnam trip perfect.Verified
Arisa N2025-01-16Hoi an to Hue private car This was a great trip, glad we did this instead of taking the bus. Louis, our driver, was very responsive and easy to talk to, and I learned a lot about Vietnamese culture and the history of the area from him. He stopped for us at a nice coffee shop at hai van pass, and showed us a trail down to the beach. He also took us to tra son peninsula and to a beach on the way to hue. Trip was customizable, Louis was very patient and never rushed us. He answered my questions about the area. Great experience, highly recommend!Verified
